My Barbie Dream House, a Dream Come True.

I remember when the Barbie dream house was being advertised on TV. That is all I wanted that year for Christmas. I remember unwrapping that big box and waiting as my mom and dad put it together. The house came fully loaded with furniture so I didn't have to wait to collect all the pieces. I was able to start playing right away. That was certainly the best Christmas ever! It was my dream come true!

I spent hours playing with my dream house. I remember in the summer my friend and I would load up all my Barbie stuff in the wagon to take over to her house and play on the deck for the afternoon.

Not sure whatever happened to my dream house. I know my parents kept it for a long time. I think if I still had it around I would definitely be found making excuses to play Barbies with my little girl. I think it was the best Barbie house ever made. It was big and had lots of rooms for decorating and rearranging.
